How much is taken out of Kathy Griffin’s book in the audio version?

I want to buy the Audiobook for “Official Book Club Selection: A Memoir According to Kathy Griffin”, but it’s abridged. Unfortunately, there is no unabridged audio version of this book available. I really want to listen to the book while I’m driving back to school, but I don’t want to listen to an abridged version if it leaves out a lot of content from the original version. I would rather wait and read it this summer if the audio version is excessively watered down. Does anybody know how different the audiobook is from the original?
This is a response to the first person who answered this question: the author is the narrator of the audiobook so I don’t think she has a problem with taking out some things.

I would never listen to an abridged version of anything. It just seems like an insult to the author.
